Focusbgc is a relatively new company which was set up by Denis Sullivan its Managing Director to help small/medium enterprises which have little or no growth and where the owner/operator can't see the forest for the trees.

Generally, companies in this situation have a limited future as the people within the company are not being led by the proprietor because he is too busy trying to put out fires and sort out the companys` administrative and management system shortcomings.In such a situation, if the owner/operator does not have access to capable and relevant business management advice, they will soldier on and often repeat and exacerbate policies which are not working and which drive the company to lower and lower levels of mediocrity.

If the owner/operator continues to travel down the path of mediocrity, a path which restricts company success and consequent profit growth, then that company has an excellent chance of becoming a sad statistic.

To be successful, a company must be dynamic in every way. It must have an extremely competent Manager, or Management team, leading from the front and highly motivated.
